You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are in CHF.
Roofless Labs Sàrl is currently not subject to Swiss VAT in accordance with Article 10 of the Swiss VAT Act.
Prices displayed therefore do not include VAT.
Products
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur between product images and the final delivered item.
Certain products showcased on this website may not yet be available for purchase. Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer.
Orders
All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.
Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via Swiss Post.
Clothing items are sold as pre-orders. Estimated shipping time for clothing is between 2–8 weeks, depending on how close the order was placed to a new batch being produced.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination or circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the refund may exclude shipping and return costs.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, logos, images, and products, is the intellectual property of Roofless Labs Sàrl.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roofless Labs Sàrl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any product.
In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Geneva.
Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Shipping Policy
